One of her recent projects was the short film “Open Call: Cindy Tran,” commissioned by The Shed NYC. This film was a sequence of sonnets that honored local businesses and the communities that enrich and sustain New York City. Zhoutong played a critical role in directing, executing, and supervising the project’s creative vision, resulting in its recognition at the 45th Asian American International Film Festival.

Another award-winning project that showcases Zhoutong’s creative vision is the short film “ufo:pm.” This film, directed by Xiao Han, premiered at the New York Asian Film Festival in 2021 and was selected for the Beverly Hills Film Festival, Katra Film Series, Aphrodite Film Awards, and the Chicago Indie Film Awards. Zhoutong played a key role in the project as an art director and production designer.

Zhoutong also worked with Suite 7a, an independent art studio and art exhibition organizer in Sydney, Australia, to create a series of posters for their upcoming series. Her role in the project was as an art director, graphic designer, and motion graphic designer. Furthermore, as a graphic designer and art director, she contributed to the Pteropods NTS radio show, created by the American musician Kelsey Lu. She was responsible for the logo and poster design for the 2022 show.

American hip-hop boy band, Brockhampton, has partnered with Zhoutong, a talented graphic designer and art director, for their latest studio album release, “The Family EP.” The album was released in November 2022, and Zhoutong played a critical role in the album’s creative vision and direction. Zhoutong’s contribution to the project was instrumental in producing album art, logo, typography, merch, and promotional assets. With her exceptional design skills, Zhoutong brought a fresh and innovative approach to the project, making the album stand out.
